Company not clearing f&f amount and not replying to email

17-Jun-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I resigned from company on 1st June by intimating them my last working days on 31stJuly after 60days notice period. But company same day decided that resignation date is my last day. So I handed over all my asset to company and send Them no dues firm fir settlement. Now I send a mail and asking about my no dues status so that I check and cleared then dudn't reply me but on call he gave me information that your boss hold your F&F settlement due to one of my team member complain received from client and my team member accept it but my name not involved in complain but due to some monetory settlement with client company hold my F&F. So please suggest me how I handle this sutuation and what is my obligation to pay money to client if not a single complain against from client and from company before my last working days.

Send them a legal notice through a lawyer, giving details of your pending dues as per your calculation. This can solve your problem but if even after serving the legal notice the management is reluctant to pay, you can file civil suit for recovery giving details of your demands and all written communications.

They cannot withold your terminal dues until and unless there is misconduct on your part or an ongoing enquiry or past misconduct which you are found guilty of.However , the degree of misconduct may or may not attract forfeiture. To assist in a more effective manner , further details may be required to address the question specifically.
