Company kept delaying my offer letter now letting me join what to do
27-Feb-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
was working in a company on contract payroll. In August 2015 they said they will provide me a offer letter and but they kept on delaying. Later on in September a criminal case came on me and the company told me in October that they will not provide me any offer letter. They are also not giving me offer letter or letting me rejoin. What action can i take?
Based on your facts, you do not seem to have a good case. This is so because You cannot force any1 to give you employment. However, please show your papers for proper advice.
