Company is paying partial salary what should I do?

16-Mar-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)

Dear Sir, I have been working with a company for last 2 months, but in both cases they have paid me less amount salary as per discussed. Here it was agreed that I will get C.T.C of 1, 20 lakhs that means my monthly salary will be however Rs 10,000/ ( with deduction of PF, ESI and PT of Rs 1,065) I am about to get remaining amount, but it has found that I am getting Rs 7595/- when ever I asked them that why I am getting less amount salary they told that its a new rule where the employee has to pay the PF of Employee and Employers contribution both. Sir, I want to ask is it right or wrong ? is there any extra deduction after ESI PF AND PT can you please clarify

The company is duping you, and you can file a case against them for this. There is no such new rule. It is merely an excuse being made to pay you less than you have agreed to work with them for. I would advise taking steps immediately to rectify this.
