Company is not returning original documents

I have joined a BPO company 3 months before, Only 20 employers.All are Night Shifts. At the time of joining company HR told to surrender your original certificates for formality, So, I surrendered my Educational ( Provisional, 10th and 12th) certificates, i didn't sign any bonds. At the First month they paid 3000 only,At the Third month last week got severed fever. So i have stopped to go that company, They hold the third month salary, I Asked My Certificates From HR Person,They Told Me To pay 2 months salary, They didn't tell this condition since joining.How I Can Get Back My Orginals Please
The legal recourse available to you is that,
you can send the company a legal notice through an advocate asking for the documents.
If the company doesn't respond to the same then a suit can be filed for recovery of documents in the concerned civil court.
