Company is not refunding security deposit

I had taken a co working space in Delhi from a service provider company.the cost of the rent is 6500 and security amount also 6500 total is 13000 including service tax. I Paid paid these amount by cheque, but my cheque is dishonored with the reason of differ signature after the company send me a demand notice through a lawyer we already paid these amount to company lawyer now we want to return my security amount how we can received my security deposit.Waiting for your reply.....

Thank you for your query. I think you have every right to claim a refund of the security deposit amount. You should yourself consider writing them a strong email asking them to refund the amount. After this you should think of sending them a legal notice asking for a refund.
