Company is not pay three months salary, what can be done

Mai ek private company may job karta hu. Company ke owner ne meri three months ki salary nahi de hai mujhe kya karna chaihey.
You can file an application with the Additional/Deputy Labour Commissioner under Section 15 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 for recovery of your salary which is due to you and the same has not been paid by your employer.

Sent a legal notice for recovery of money and also raise an industrial dispute before labour commissioner . You can also complain for illegal labour practice. With labour authority. In case complaint is not closed or Respondent company not participated before labour commissioner then labour commissioner will refer the matter to the tribunal for adjudication.
