Company is mentally harassing me by changing the terms

Hi, I have been working in a Swedish company since 2 years now, I was hired here as a Sharepoint analyst and the day I joined I was not given that role and moved to a different team. The management kept on giving excuses when question about the designation. I am mentally harassed by this company, they have a multiple policies but they themselves do not adhere to those. The manager I work under was accused for sexual harassment, he was proven guilty by the HR and when they approached the senior official for action in it, they promoted the manager and removed him from people management.
