Company is holding my salary
05-Apr-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I had given resignation letter in the form of email and writting on January 15th 2017. I resigned from that company on february 11th. I got salary of the month january. But until today, i havent received 11 days salary of February Month. I had sent several emails to the manager and HR of previous company asking why my salary is due. But no reply from them. They seem to ignore. Please advise what i have to do?
The query is incomplete in that you have not disclosed whether your resignation has accepted and you have been relieved. If yes, withholding the salary is not lawful. You may serve a legal notice demanding the salary withheld.
