Company has stopped my FF and releasing it since 2 months

my company has stopped my FF and is not releasing it since 2 months now. i have tried at all levels to speak to them. what should i do can you please guide?

You can send, through your lawyer, a legal notice regarding it and if they do not do the needful, then proper authority must be approached for adequate relief. That is, the first and foremost requirement is to send a legal notice demanding release of FF. Even after the legal notice, the company is denying FF without any reasonable and satisfactory resons, then the you may approach a court for proper remedy

In resepect to the terms of employment letter , you should send a legal notice to your employer asking them to repay the illegally held dues . Post which in case they don't release , file a criminal complaint.
