Company has not paid two months salary what legal action can I take

Hello, I have worked in a company , he is not paying me last two month salary. i have a proof i worked in this last two months. they told me on email they wil give me , but not given at the end. after that they told me you can take legal action so i want to know how may i proceed.

You will have to send them a legal notice through a lawyer demanding your two months salary. If they fail to give, then you can file suit for recovery.

Yes you have all legal rights to approach to proper forum for your greivances as you have mentioned here. the only thing you need is the documents in support of your work/ service and witness in your support.
the law is in favour of employee and labour. its advisable to approach to the court of law before they proceed against you.
