Company has not paid full and final salary what should I do

hi, I was working in private IT company. Company is facing financial issues and is in loss. Salary and other bonus etc is due from company. I have left company . I have got payslip which shows all amount is clear but i have not received any payment. Is thr any law by which Company would be forced to pay my dues. almost 40/45 people are having same issues. full n final settlement and old salary payment is still pending.
