07-Feb-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hello Sir, I have joined a Multistate credit co op society last year, They have not issued me any offer letter for that they said it is still a start up we will give you later. ( Orally) now after 1 year they said not to come to office suddenly and also they did not give any relieving letter and 2 months salary. ( I was aware of many illegal activities like mis interpretation, intentional mis communication, voilateing promises etc. going on their ) now they ( Director) are absconding to whom I should give complaint for this. also they are harassing me by saying they will lodge a complaint on me saying that I am a fraud and i damaged their business. How can i get out of this Issue? please help me.

If your company is harrassing you and not giving you your salary and relieving letter then you can begin with sending a formal letter to your HR asking them to do the needful and incase they still don't do it send them a legal notice through a lawyer asking them the same. And still if the company does not revert back then you can file a case in the labour court and recovery suit in the civil court

Consult and explain briefly and you can file a suit and get your all legal dues. Consult and send them one legal notice and after you may file a suit for recovering legal dues and other benefits as per cooperative act. Consult more.
