Company harassed stop going there and now how can i claim my salary

I was working with mahinda 4 wheel dealer as a spare part manager and from last 1 months he behaved too poor so i stop going to job from 21 now he not giving salary and blaming me for fraud while didn't do anything. I was offroll no offer later given to me only salary voucher copy i have and i have mahindra employee id number registered on mahindra portal. Can i do any thing ?
the very first step is to get an FIR lodged against your employer and then to file a petition before the honble court further you can also demand for compensation. Meanwhile try gathering evidences against your employer which will be a support fo4 you un your case
