Company gave me Immediate Termination over phone

My concern is regarding the Termination issue. Actually the thing is my project manager put my CEO in such a circumstances that either CEO has to choose me or him. So as per the company needs and growth and lots of projects concern, my CEO chosen my project manager over me. Also manager put a condition that he has to terminate me. so on 4th of june i.e. sunday i got a call from my employeer that from now onwards they will not entertain me and immediately they are terminating me and will inform me further process about FNF and exit policies and all. but since than they are ignoring my phones.
Termination is a big issue. If they have actually terminated you from the job then they have to specify the reason behind doing so. Otherwise that termination is not valid. Further if someone has been terminated on frivolous charges then he can any day Challenge it before Hon'ble Court seeking compensation or re-instatement of job. It would be better if you send them a legal notice on this subject. Otherwise this termination will bring lots of disrepute for yourself and it will be extremely difficult for you to find any genuine job in future starting afresh.

You are eligible of the amount of salary of the Notice Period. If you aren't allowed on the premises, even then, you are legally eligible for the salary of the notice period. The notice period depends on the Company, which would be present on the Offer Letter. If you do not get the Notice Period Salary adjusted in your FNF, you can send a Legal Notice to your employer for the same.

Such termination has no legal value, until and unless employees agreement say So, you certainly, file a case against the company for harashmen and illegal termination, with consequential damages. You can also claim till the date of non employment.
