Company forcing my wife to relocate what can she do

Accenture India has a policy that when they ask the employee to relocate. They give employee option to refuse twice, third time they are forced to resign or accept. My wife has been working in a project for 5 plus years. Accenture lost the project and are forcing her to relocate to bangalore. We have two kids and its not possible for her to leave kids at young age. Also her skills are not in demand in the market because she has been working on the same project for all these years and accenture hasnt trained her for any other skills. She is being forced out of the door. Can she stop them ?

This all depend on her terms of employment and appointment. If in her appointment letter/employment letter which has been accepted by her, there is such a relocation clause then your wife will have to adhere to the same. Often company policies are made a part of the employment letter/appointment letter by reference and if this is done and the employment/appointment letter is accepted, then the employee would be bound by the same.
