Company Forcibly relieving before notice period without any salary

06-Apr-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hi . I was for 'X' company which has 90 days notice period. I requested them for early relieving many times as I had another offer but my company never replied to the emails and verbally said no to it. Now that I have lost the offers and my company knows that , now they are claiming you are not productive any more and are asking to leave without any salary, What action can I take here. Also after I have served 1 month , when date of salary is near they are saying you did not do any thing hence we will not pay you, although I never got any email for any task .Please suggest what action can I take here.

You can send a legal claim notice through an Advocate to Company contending and demanding your dues within stipulated time, if the co. Denying that then you can move to proper court for taking action against company for your dues that type of matter mentioning in claim notice.
