Company did not reimbursement expenses and non payment of salary

I joined Miric Biotech ltd (Delhi), on 4th july 16, as RSM Maharashtra. I was promised reimbursements for my visit to DELHI for training and joining. During my training there of 3 days, they didn't introduced me to anybody but 3 ppl. No mobile numbers were shared. I still haven't been paid that and also salary is not credited for july. They are deflecting phone calls and emails even after receiving all valid reports and reciepts. Also, I read a lot of reviews from people who have not been paid. Please help.
