17-Feb-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Actually, the company is not paying the salary on time, sometimes it's delayed by 20-30 days. Is it illegal? What are the laws against it

Best step in this direction is consult HR regarding same try to discuss this issue professionally first n convince them.
If they dont pay heed then send a proper mail raising the concern n it would be best if you switch the company.

Sure. You can take legal action against company as per law. Just give him a letter containing your grievances and wait for response. If no response or negative response given by company then send him a legal notice. You can also take shelter of labor Court thereafter.

Yes you can take legal action, first of all give notice to company for payment of dues, then take legal action as per the law, the thing which matters is weather they are paying salary including the delayed period like if they are paying salary after 20 days do they paying it for 50 days or not?
