Company delayed salary and not responding to emails

Good Evening I have worked with Pvt Ltd from 2nd March 2015 to 31 May 2016 as a contractual employee. The Company has not given last month(May 2016) salary yet company not replying any email and not taking any phone calls from me, is there any way to take action against them. Contract has expired on 31 May 2016
1. Send a legal notice;
2. If they don't respond to your demand notice, file a civil suit for recovery of dues.
2. You can lodge a police complaint, too.
3. If police is unwilling to receive complaint, file a private complaint at magistrate court
