Company compelling to leave and refusing to provide PF

12-Jan-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I worked with a software company,i worked there for 9 mothns and 19 Dec15 i met with an accident and i was unable to serve my duty but i was in touch with my reporting manager,. Due to personal disputes he raised my absconding in the company, despite showning my medicals and valid proof the management didnt listen to my plea and compelled me to leave the company, when i reported after i was fit i.e on 11Jan.. Moreover my salary of Dec was put on hold and was not provided to me. Now they are also refusing to release my pf and are not signing the forms as required. What could be done so that i can get the salary and the pf released as i never intended to leave the company..but in reality they forced me out of company.. Please help me out and provide me a way out.. Regards

Hi,

The bare reading of the above facts clearly reflects your legal right. I would suggest you to please challenge the order vide which you have been removed from service. Further suggest you to not make delay in adopting legal remedy.

Hi
Felt sad read about ur accident. How they are treating ur case will depend upon knowing ground realities of the case. Ur position in company, ur pay scale, conditions of ur appointment letter.
But no company can deny for PF of employee and if doing so , it abuse law .
So ur case is good on merits can b discussed for relief from competent court.
Thanks n regards
