Company asking to sign 2 yr bond and original docs, should I submit

Iam getting a job opportunity in a company where they want me to sign a 2 yr bond but they are not ready to give a copy of the bond neither before or after I sign the bond and they also need original education docs also they have not mentioned the salary in the offer letter i have learnt that emp bond is illegal in India and they want me to sign the bond first then other formalities what do you suggest

This is not a good deal, arbitrary in nature as such when u successful in securing employment certainly you will be left in dark lot more problem you have face in future. When u get lucrative job outside after joining this Firm you will be the looser. Therefor it is advised not to opt for such Institution it will be detrimental to your interest in future .
