Company asking to pay Rs 3 moths salary if not serving notice period

Broke Employment Bond of 3 Years and now they are saying me to pay 3 months salary, for my certificates. How can i get my certificates Back please guide me.

As per your query, if you had signed a bond agreeing to the terms and conditions you have specified in your question then you are liable to pay the amount agreed upon. If you do not deposit the same then the company can take legal action against you.
You can go for resignation after paying money spent on you in training etc. Therefore ,negotiate and settle with your employer.
Your employer does not have the authority to keep your original documents. The demand for payment of some amount shall be decided in terms of the agreement signed by you and if the agreement specifically provides for payment of such compensation then you shall be liable to pay such amount at the time of resignation.
