Company asking to pay money for not serving notice period. What to do?

hi all, i need some clarification regarding absconding case and company send letter and ask for money to pay 1) when am send proper resignation email to my reporting manager 2) in their appointment letter they mention whenever you leave organisation yo have to server 2 month notice period 3) am on prohibition period i simply asked for 1 month notice period they wont allow me to serve 1 month notice 4) I don't have any chance so that why i abscond but they ask money to pay for not serving notice period 5) please help me am frustrated
