Company asking to pay bond money as I left job early what to do

I have signed a legal contract with a company which sponsored my us visa on the condition that I do not quit their services before a certain time of service is completed. However I have now switched to another company and the legal team is now sending me emails asking for the bond money. Need advice on how to proceed?
You have signed a contract and by breaching the terms, the company is entitled to recover the same from you. The company has to file a suit for recovery against you and prove in the Court of Law and then get recovery from you.
