What will happen if you fails to deposit this sum -
The company may against you with a case for recovery, may blacklist you disallowing you make any further progress in your career, will not finalize you full and final settlement and will not give you the relieving letter and experience letter.
Rest one can only if you present the letter on our dias so that we may read it and may assist you properly.

The seriousness of the matter depends on the reason for which the amount is due. Without having proper knowledge about the reason for which recovery has been called, this cannot be answered appropriately.
