company asking not to receive payslip & not to deduct PF for a month

suppose someone has been working in a pvt firm since last 15 years.company pays salary by cheque & provides PF.Company deducts PF from employees' share & as it is contributory PF, company provides equivalent amount.suddenly company asks its employees to take salary in cash & not to take payslip. they are even asking not to deduct employees' share in PF for that month. What is the intention of company? they have not provided bonus of the year yet & it is pending.
simply saving money !!
you can take legal action for not depositing PF and for not providing Pay Slip and for other issues also...
