Company asked to resign can I recover pending dues

I was employed with company in Pune from August 14 till Jan 15 as General Manager. I was asked to resign due to short vision and internal challenges. I was hired from delhi and relocated to pune, I have been following with company MD/ SR. VP and even sent them lawyer notice from Delhi but to no avail . pls suggest how can i recover mu pending dues.
Action -You have to file a suit of labour matter in court and you must have the copy of your employment contract .
Remedy- Due plus interest from date of non payment till court's final order at current bank interest rates plus you may get some compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience however it depends upon your case and the skill of lawyer who fights for your case
