Your private employment is governed by the employment contract. If in the contract it is mentioned that you will receive a certain amount of salary from the company , then you can file a case against the company to get the salary promised to you.

Your case will be governed by the contract signed by you with the company. Thus if the contract provides for a salary greater than is being given you can claim a breach of contract and enforce the terms of contract. However, if the contract is silent on the issue you will have problems in enforcing the oral contract unless there are a larger number of people who have suffered from the same fate and can testify in Court. Thus you may file for breach of contract.
