Co. asking me to leave as I joined co. before completing notice period

Can I company force an employee to take relieving even though one has taken back resignation within notice period time. In my case I took resignation on last day due I was not able to arrange huge bond amount (6lakh)asked by company. They said that they will rehire me and offered me revised salary lesser which was lesser than my current drawn.
I refused that and now they are asking me clear bond money and not giving me clearance.
Please advise.

It is important to know the terms of employment that you had signed with your compnay while joining the job. If the terms of employment have been violated by the company then a legal notice can be sent to the company asking for compensation.
