Clarification of eligibility for permanent job in LIC.

hi, i was working in LIC as a Account assistant for continuous 120 days in the year of 1995. As per Supreme Court judgement can i eligible for permenant job in LIC. Pls confirm further action for the same.
Have you worked after 1995? because it is almost 22 years since then and to ask for any permanent job after such a long time may not be feasible. I will need further details for the same on this issue.
