A Employee Get Vehicle From Company in Company Vehicle Policy (as per Co Policy Vehicle Transfer to employee on Depericiated Cost / Dep allowed 2 Years ) But Company not transfer above vehicle after 2 years. Company file civil recovery suit to employee for vehicle cost + interest amount .
Please suggest me what happen in future ?
