I am contract employee in GOVT ITI,Distt-Bhiwani,Haryana.I deliver a baby but lives for 13 days after that he was not living.May I elligible for maternity leave.plz guide me on this very soon.Thanking you
Yes ,you are entitled to get maternity leave and all the benefits under maternity benefit act 1961..if your company doesnot provide such benefit you can sue them in respective labour court.thank you.
