Casual leave in any private company of West Bengal

i want to know the law for casual leaves in any private company of West Bengal. I am working in Times of India as tele caller under third party payroll company named Barron Security Services private Limited which claims that they will apply no work no pay rule that means no casual leave in a year. I want to know is this legal or any law to fight for this

MY OPINION THAT i have follow you issue /issues, my reply, when any work place according to service law employer - employee relationship establish there the law of casual leave should be included, it is an constitutional right /rights of any employee in India, every employer bound to follow.

There is no statutory provisions regarding casual leave.Individual organisation may make provision for the same. However​ uniformity can hardly be found. The factories Act, The Shops & Establishment Act, The Mines Act etc provide for earned Leave for the​ covered workers/employees.Female eligible employees are allowed to enjoy maternity leave.
