Cancellation of recruitment by Delhi government after result

Delhi govt has cancelled the recruitment for the post of DASS after declaration of result.
The matter was already pending in CAT but the delhi govt decided to cancel without informing or submitting in CAT.
Hi, the facts mentioned by you are insufficient to render an opinion. If the matter is pending and Delhi Govt has taken a action which is in any way will hamper the interest of petitioners, it will be protected. Secondly if No order is passed Delhi Govt can take action as per their guidelines however those actions can be subjected to judicial scrutiny. Regds

File an application before the CAT. Is there any stay there? If yes , then go for contempt. You may go for writ in High court. It depends on the documents. There must be some reason of cancellation. If there is no valid reason for cancellation, the you will succeed.
