Can women employee refuse to work after 7 pm in IT company in Maharashtra? What are the rules pertaining it?
there are different rules in different states. the the companies have to check certain guidelines for the safety of the women who are working after 7 pm. Does your IT company have any rules and regulation regarding the same?
the company if they want you to work after 7 they should make sure that they provide you transport and requisite facilities.
