Can second wife claim on the pension of husband

A man married and have 2children boy and a girl after having illegal contact with another lady having one son.now all are adult children.now this man working in electricity board under government going to retired after 4 months.now his first wife needs to ensure to get the pension of her husband to her family.what is the legal procedure in this to get pension in first wife name.and the second wife has any legality in this matter.pls answer me as quick as possible.
The pension will be issued in the name of the employee only and he has complete right over it in the manner he wish to spend it. And the illegitimate wife and children can claim maintenance from the man
