there is no such provision for the security cheque from employer.
but there is several other thing which impact same.
there is implied job security from employer to every employee and abide by all law.

Can I take advance cheque from my employer for my job security. So that he cannot say that don't come from today. If he say I atleast have some money for my family expenses till new job.

yes if your employer agrees to give you a cheque for your job security and kindly make sure that all the details are filled by your employer by his hand in front of you and get him written on a stamp paper that particular _________ cheque numbered cheque is given to you in case employer fails to pay your salary of ______ (mention the amount of your remuneration)
