Can i sue individuals of last company for false accusations

24-Feb-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I worked for a company and left that company because of some individuals who plotted against me and had me in a false accusation. I have proof for my innocence and at the time of resignation, I was told that my basic pay would not be deducted as I didn't have to serve the notice period. I was ready to serve it but the HR asked not to and promised me the full amount I worked for. Now It's been 51 days and I haven't got my Full and final settlement which should come within 45 days. They harassed me mentally and now they are not ready to give my full amount. I only resigned on the term that my basic pay will not be recovered. Can I sue them?

Did you enter into an employment contract with your employer? If yes, then do share the details because it would contain a clause regarding resignation and payment of salary in lieu of notice period. If not, then you should immediately send a legal notice to your employer and demand payment of your dues and if your company then fails to pay then you can approach the appropriate labour court for redressal.
