Can I send legal notice from Bangalore to company in Hyderabad

I resigned from a company having head office in Hyderabad when I was working at their site in Nagpur. I stay in Bangalore. I want to send a legal notice to the company for not releasing my two months salaries and other dues as I have written to all concerned in the organization from HR to director and not received a response. My question: Can I send legal notice from Bangalore or do I have to send from Hyderabad/Nagpur and for follow-up with application to Labour Commissioner should be addressed to the Labour Commissioner at Hyderabad or Nagpur?
Yes,you can send the Legal Notice from Bangalore through your Lawyer for recovery of salary adn other dues. sending a Legal Notice does not make a difference from where you are sending the Notice. iIf your company fails to reply to the legal notice then you may approach the Labour Commissioner Hyderabd or Nagpur (if you fall under that category) and take the case forward.
