Can I leave the company if I have signed a bond for 2 years

12-Feb-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I am working in a MNC and I joined this company in January 2017 and I also signed a two year bond with bond penalty of Rs 200000.Now, I am not interested in that company because they said working hours will be 8 hours but they create such an atmosphere that I have to work for atleast 12 hours and I am fed up with this. They also have my original documents. Can I leave this company without paying Rs 200000.

Yes you can leave the company by paying the amount of bond which you have signed up for. Or else you can negotiate the terms of leaving the organization getting it properly documented prior to leaving the organization so that in case any steps are taken in against you by the company then you can showcase the documented negotiation process and rescue yourself out of the situation.
Further if there were no trainings done for the betterment of your skill in against this bond then you are not obliged to pay a single penny in against the bond amount.
