Can I get job in place of my father if he died ?

My father worked in csd depot passed on 25/12/2007.that time i am 16 yr but at this stage i am 25 but not given me a job . Department said your case are closed . 3 times my case considered in board meeting but lack of merit point marks 58. So department closed my case not open again . How to open my file so plz advice
My father worked in csd depot passed on 25/12/2007.that time i am 16 yr but at this stage i am 25 but not given me a job . Department said your case are closed . 3 times my case considered in board meeting but lack of merit point marks 58. So department closed my case not open again . -- as you do not meet the department points/marks you cannot get a job. At the most what you can do is file a Writ Petition against the department for not giving you job on compassionate grounds.

First of all I will require rules of your father's department then we will peruse a representation in your father's department. If within 15 to 20 days department decides it then ok otherwise we will provide direction from high court to that department.
If rule book supports then it's a very good case in your favor.
