Can I complete the notice period a month early ?

21-Jun-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
My bond is ending next month, and after that I want to leave the organisation. So as per the company policy, I have to complete one month notice period. So can I put the resignation right now? Because, by that time one month will be completed. Is this valid? Or I have complete my tenure and only after that I can resign and complete the one month notice period. Because my superior said, your resignation will be accepted only if tenure being complete.

As per the recent development in law made by the Supreme Court and various High Courts, such bonds are lopsided and are not legal and enforceable under law.

If the company takes any legal action against you to ask for the bond amount, you must contest it in the court of law as the enforcement of these employment bonds is not maintainable under law.

yes you can file your resignation at any time you wish to.
