Can I claim for father's job and pension after 6 years of his death

Well my question is if i can file a case against my stepmother for not informing about my fathers demise i came to know recently from someone else after 6 yrs i somehow managed to get her no and called her she said she didnt have my no but she knew my uncles house she could have sent someone I am a burn victim when my dad was alive she never let me speak to him or meet my father was on West Bengal Police he died on duty can i claim for job and pf n pension i have brother from my stepmom. My stepmother is also in police in WB. Can i ask for pension too i am divorcee.

You cannot file a case against your stepmother for not informing you about your father's demise. You can certainly claim for share in all the benefits received after the death of your father.
