Can I claim for 20 days salary from my previous company

Hi, i have joined in ABC company in 4thApril as a contract employee,and i worked for 20 days, after that i got good offer(XYZ) than this i have chosen to join 2nd company, and i have not signed any service agreement with the company(ABC ),now were they agree to give me 20 days labor compensation ?and i have to send back company's all returns(laptop,bag,access card etc..)is pending from me. my sincere request is i have worked for those 20 days as valuable tasks ,for these tenure i want to claim my wages , please help me for this labor charges.

Your employment in the private company is governed by the employment contract. If there is no employment contract then you may claim for the service provided for 20 days. You may send a legal notice to the employer and claim for the salary of 20 days that you have worked in ABC company.
