Can I ask to cancel the exam as I was not informed

I missed exam as I was informed by mail I did not checked it. I had applied before 2 years , as they did not send any document on on postal address. I wish to appear for exam , can we do anything in this case , can we claim to cancel the exam which was already conducted ? PLZ suggest . The exam was conducted by post department
No, you cannot cancel an exam as the reason you are giving is not a valid reason for cancelling an examination. If there are more candidates with the same reason and due to which students had to suffer then yes you can file a WRIT petition
