Can I apply to UPSC after termination from govt. job

sir i got terminated from public sector bank during probation timebecause i took long medical leave.First for 3 months medical leave was granted to me then again they were asking for more medical reports but then i resigned from the bank because i was unwell..they didn't accept my resignation and terminated me on grounds that i didn't provide more medical documents.Sir can i now apply for UPSC or other govt exams as i was terminated from a govt job before?
