Can an Outsource employee of PSU working for 11 years treated as one

I am an outsource staff working in a central govt psu for the last 11 yrs. If I do a case for regulation will I win it. Chances?

It is a query for which the following documents are required to be examined:
1.work order given to your employer (contractor).
2.your attendance record and supervision & control record.
3.how you were employed by your employer
4.your EPF , ESI and Pay slip
5.gate pass/Identity card
6.any other documents available with you.

MY OPINION THAT i have follow your issue and i think that you have establish your legitimate right /rights for working as long as 11 years in a central govt. psu and you can have have establish your legitimate claim, so for as natural justice and principles,you have take legitimate chances for right /rights.
