Can a handicap certificate issued be cancelled?

I m visually impered gov.servant.i got the handicap certi.in 2007 from 3 members board of doctors.now some one has complaint that it is illegal and should be cancelled. What can I do?
How did you came to know about the aforesaid complaint ?? If you are apprehansive that it might cause harm towards your job then you can file a writ challenging any order which might be taken in pursuance to the complaint.
