Equal pay for equal work is a norm in India and is backed with sanction as per the law. One can any day move before the court if he or she is not getting paid similar to what their counterparts are getting paid for the similar sort of work.
However in case there is a special contract in between the parties for the assignment then the scenario differs as per the contract.

If you have the requisite qualification to be regularized (CTET/DSSSB etc. ) then you must immediately make a representation to the Directorate of Education requesting for regularization of services. If the DOE then fails to consider your request or passes an adverse order, you can move to the delhi high court or the tribunal depending on relief sought.

Your query also depends on whether you work all days and equal number of hours as the regular permanent teachers. Also the role and responsibility as a permanent teacher and how different or similar it is to yours. Also the relevant guidelines in this regard are required to be seen.

Prima-Facie Yes, you can file a Case for equal pay as that of a Regular teacher. But it shall be subject to Recruitment Rules ( RRs) Applicable in your case as notified by the Department under which you have been recruited.
