Breach of service agreement by company what are my rights

1.improper payments of salaries, by company 2.delay in remmetence of pf amt deducted to providend fund, will they be in favour of employee to berach the service agreement.
You must get a legal notice sent to the company regarding the delay in salary amount. and remittance of amount of provident fund. you can take legal action against them but taking action against your company can cause you problem as well.
